#Apple store reno make appointment mac
The whole store is open to the public i mean if there is something that you wanna check out you may at your leisure, Ipad, iphone, mac book, or anything else that may be Apple can be found here. They are not there to pressure you into purchasing anything like some electronic stores where it is based off of commission, i mean they may get some commission but that is not the goal they are after. I was just waiting for my wife when i had been approached by at least 3 employees whom asked if i needed anything or had any questions about anything. I really loved the way how the staff here was not just kicking back and chatting if they were chatting they were talking to customers and answering what ever questions they might have had. Basically everything here is touchable and able to pick up if needed. (I am not an Apple Fan) but i am not judge the place by my personal opinion but i must say this location is very clean and very open. The one thing i really did appreciate is that the gentleman took his time and listened to my wife and her concerns and questions she had. Now walking in they waste no time to approach you, get you to the person you need to see for the problems you may have or what you may be looking for.

But i went in with my wife to get her Ipod fixed. The heads of the company probably make those calls so while I want to mention it for anybody going in, I do not think it should majorly affect the review.Apple Store (Summit Shopping Center) So when approaching this store, you see nothing but a big Apple, and well the only place that has glass doors and a glass walls. Keep in mind that I do not think that is this stores fault. I love the displays they are on but I feel like the Apple store should have more options than anyone else when it comes to cases for their phones. They have a ton of colors but only three brands. I feel like they should have more options for cases. There are restaurants nearby as well so you can eat before or after going in.Ī couple of small complaints. No wandering the mall trying to see where it is or fighting heavy indoor mall traffic. I hate going to malls but since this store is at an outdoor mall you can park right by the entrance and walk right in. Silly I know but I really appreciate the clean look and they obviously take great care in keeping it that way. I feel like I am big money when I walk in. Big glass walls, white floors, and clean displays. I have always loved coming to this location as it looks a little futuristic. This is not a complaint but instead a small piece of constructive criticism. I had start conversation when we were waiting for my phone to update. He could have been a little more personable. The man who helped me with purchasing my new phone knew the products and was not pushy. Very friendly but not pushy, Knowledgable but not arrogant, and he checked on us to make sure things were going smooth but he didn't interrupt what we were doing. The man that first greeted me, I believe his name was Peter (I suck with names), was the ideal employee.

Our Geek Squad agents are Apple-trained, so you can trust us with all your Apple devices, at our convenient locations, all on your schedule. Great staff, clean and beautiful store, and it's easy to get to. Schedule an appointment to service or repair these Apple devices. I have been to this location three times and I have always been impressed. Good staff, clean environment, and they are faster than your average Apple store. This one is no exception but is by FAR the best I have ever been to. Apple stores are usually a hassle since they are busy and expensive.
